Forums Upgrade

We are going to upgrade to the latest version of Yabb.
During this time the forums need to be put on hold during backup & conversion.

These things are necessary and there should be some improvements.

Looks good so far pete, it's a bit easier on the eyes when first visiting after a black screen that's for sure.

That was hard work!!!

A LOT of stuff went wrong.


The rest of the upgrade will continue - graphics etc.
