With the integration of the new server i just have two questions

will it look any different from the one we have now?
and will there be a different limit on screenshots and photos uploading per shot or per thread?

make that three questions

will all the post counts be reset?
thats a hell  of a lot of posts from people like ozzy...

One step at a time. there will be a new forum but not immediately. Soon though & I'm fairly keen on communication so watch this space.

The aim is obviously to upset as few people as possible. I suspect very little disappointment & a clean(ish) conversion.

I try to get things fully tested & working properly before ever turning the old thing off.

James the post count doesn't mean a thing. Just that I've made a lot of posts...... most of them either jokes, screenshots of outrageous aerobatics or comments on Spitfire photos

yeah i know it doesnt mean anything, i was just asking, more as a joke than anything else

About the look: if you use phpBB as the new forum system then I might be able to style it. If I cant then somebody else will. phpBB has loads of styles.

How about starting some new forums at least one extra a month it kind gets a boring with al repeated stuff.Also some advice from other users.

Perhaps the new forums should avoid post counts entirely?  ;)

That might reduce spamming a bit methinks Kevin, not a bad thing
