Someone explain to me the star ratings.  Is the # of stars by # of posts or amount of time you have been a member?  What do different colors of stars and the title attached mean?

the gold stars are the number of posts you have (1-5 stars)
the red/orange ones signify the admin
the green ones signify a moderator
