Cockpit pictures

With regard to this thread:

http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/yabb2 ... 1207669995

Would it be possible to have a a sticky "cockpit pictures" in the photo forum where only cockpit pictures could be uploaded. Quite a few of us manage to get them. It would be a good point of reference for other members and they are always a point of interest for those who cannot get to see these things "live" so to say. We can all see many different aircraft each day on the photo forum, but things like cockpit pictures tend to get lost as they fall down the page numbers.

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Problem is - if it's as popular you say it is it will become uneseably heavy in a very short time .....

That did cross my mind a while later, it would soon out grow it's self.

If someone could manage it we could send him or her 150kb thumbnails? Maybe do it studioV gallery style and post cockpit shots per plane?

I don't think it is necessary as almost never a person gets to go in the cockpit and it would die out fast.

I could see a way it could work, in such that the thread effectively be an index (either with thumbnails or text), to a larger hosted image. That would cut down on the excessive size of multiple photos.

I reckon it would populate fairly quickly. :)
