Any chance of flash being allowed?

I want to use it for:

Edit Screenshot forum compo and edits..
and a Sig..

well, anything i would of uploaded in flash would be <100 or depending on the amount of images..

But i would still keep to bandwith limits 100kb per image and 500kb max..

Just compresses the .jpg's and tidy's up the visual..

The limits on personal images are 10K avatar & 30K Signature image .....
