Live Chat Area?

I don't know if its possible, but is there a possibility to have a live chat  for members of Simv?

We had one once for a while.  It caused the forum to really slow down and nobody seemed to use it.  So, Pete decided to take it down.

At another forum, we have one, its a hoot, but you have to catch other people in there, and thats pretty hard to do sometimes, specially when you have people around the globe,
