Too many levels. There's only 5 stars.

Not sure the ground crew would appreciate being lower than flight attendants. :P

Baggage Handler - 0-499

Flight Attendant - 500-999

First Officer - 1000-4999

Captain - 5000 - 9999

SimV Legend - 10,000+

What's with this Commander? Is there such an animal in civil aviation?

Senior airline captains used to be regarded as gods. Think I prefer that. :D

Technically, it is possible to have more stars. Although you still can't have too many member groups before the number of stars can become a bit superfluous.

I like your idea Shane, however I think the gap of 499 for 'Baggage Handler' is a bit steep and may put some people off.
