Not sure what is happening but I cannot download from your site, it was working fine a while back, but now it does not work at all, when I press the button to download in the window provided, it just keeps on saying processing your request but nothing happens, would you folk be able to help

Hi John

Always a process of elimination starting at the simplest things.

1. Try a different browser. (or even a different PC just to narrow down the culprit)
2. Try rebooting
3. Try turning off firewall and try to connect. (then turn back or reboot and it will come back on)

Hopefully the above will resolve. Please get back if not.

I have tried all those suggestions but to no avail, the same thing occurs, a window comes up for downloading, and it says it is processing the request but nothing happens from that point, so there must be a problem somewhere on your site as I can download from Avsim or Flightsim without any issues at all, so I am not sure what I can do from my end.

If it was something on this site I hear within the hour - usually minutes.
Downloads and bandwidth are normal. If there was any general issue with connecting to files by users, immediately bandwidth would drop.
There are many things you can try. Also there have been similar issues posted here if you look down the forum.
I would bet if you try another PC somewhere - take a look at router settings, etc - your problem will be resolved.

You could also try a tracert to simviation?

Similar thing here.
Click on download and nothing happens.
I have to right click and use the download
with IDM option.
Have tried all above.
