2 broken Links - Kindly request to repair

could you kindly repair two download links for two file that I cannot download:
1.) Florence X, Italy for FSX (Category: FSX > Scenery) by Matteo Veneziani

2.)FSX Vickers Viscount 700D package (Category: FSX > Vintage) by Philippe Wallaert
http://simviation.com/1/download?file=V ... leId=47614
For both files I get the following error message in red, when I click on "download file " :
"Incorrect file parameter. Please contact system administrator to fix this error"
Interestingly enough, the zip file preview function still works for both.
Could you kindly repair the two download links for me, unless of course there is a legal issue, but then they should be removed completely in my opinion.
