Is there a problem with the downloading of files? I have a premium membership through next year

Sorry to hear of your problem. No other reports and site running as normal.

If you have just signed up - please make sure you are correctly logged in (usernames / passwords are case sensitive). Once logged in you will see no ads and 'Member's area' in top left of your pages.

Just checked and download speeds are normal -

Its been a couple of days now, still no joy. downloads are still about 65 kbs, tried different files and still no luck. HELP would be much appreciated.

You will need to give some info in order for me to know why you are having trouble. You can see the downloads are working fine once you are logged in. I suspect you are not logging in properly.

Are you seeing no ads and are you seeing 'members area' in top left of page?
When you click on a file to download - what happens?

Log in appears to be ok. No ads, It goes to download ok. It's just that my dl speeds seem to be limited to 65 kbs. I tried to dl a file from another site and same thing. Me thinks I may have picked up malware or virus. I'll run some scans and see what happens.. onward and upward. If I get it sorted I'll Post it here.

Try running ccleaner and always make sure you are running a good anti virus.

cCleaner and reboot can fix a lot of things!

I have the same problem. Max download speed is 60kb/s

Finally got it all sorted out, seems it was a hardware problem. Water was getting into the connection box outside the house. new box and connection and all is well.

Hi -In almost all cases the member is not logging in correctly. Are you seeing no ads, a 'Members area' link on top left of page and no pop up download box when you click to download files? If not you are not logged in.
Please remember that all usernames/pw's are case sensitive.

That is very strange: me not a premium member, I get from 1.5 to 4 Mbps download speed (only two downloads at a time, of course)
