Hello

I've paid for membership but still seem to get very slow download speeds and this error message all the time:

Non-registered visitors can download only 2 files simultaneously. If you get this message in error please try deleting Temp Internet files (cache) in your browser

I've cleared the cache and ensured I'm logged in as a member etc but still no joy.

Any help gratefully received.

Hi you are not logged in. Are you 100% sure you are using the correct login details?

Please remember that names are case sensitive - so if your username was Flyerman and you typed in flyerman you would not log in.

It will be something very simple. If you continue to have a problem please either get back here or email webmaster@simviation.com and I will send you your details.

I think it might be a firefox issue.

I tried through IE and there doesn't seem to any problems.

Glad you seem to have resolved it though it should be fully compatible with firefox, IE and chrome

& yes that is what can can see when you arte logged in as well as no ads and faster downloads.
