very low download speed

hi,
i'am a recent membership, the first download (Yellowstone) was OK, but since some days the download speed is between 30 and 40 kbs no more....
What's happen ?

Hi
Sorry to hear you have this problem. I've checked the site/server and graphs and all looks fine - no problems.
(Make sure you are logged into the membership area -- No ads and 'Members area' in top left of page)

Please try restarting your browser and reconnecting- if that doesn't help try a reboot - if you still have the problem please report back

i am sure i logged :Your membership is valid till Dec 19, 2013 .
i have ,yet,the problem.

Hi
You need to tell me a little more about your system and how you connect -- the problem is not with simviation or our server.
Please try using different browsers - make sure your firewall has not blocked us -- (try turning it off during a download attempt)
All the usual things -- if you use a wireless connection try using a direct connection -- rebooting router --
It can be many things that can effect this but it is not on this side.
I will help as much as I can.
