Not "Southeast USA". The one at the bottom: Central America, Carribean, South America 76 Meter terrain mesh, part 4, srtxsam4.zip.
Oddly, I had finished downloading part 1,3 and 4, and the "close" page popped up. Now, part 2 and 4 also open the "close" page. part 1 opens to the normal "dowload File" pop-up.
