File uploaded to Library

I just noticed that someone named "Ryan" has uploaded a package to the
library that I created and was NOT meant to be available to the general
public.m This person apparently did not read, or chose to ignore, this
sentence in the "Readme" file'

"This is an interim release of a new FLAK package for the exclusive use of the
91st Bombardment Group (H) members. This project is still ongoing and subsequent
updates will add additional Flak sites and areas of turbulence."

I typically release my creations such as this via Sim Outhouse once I have gotten them to
a stage where I feel they are ready for "release". This is not the case with the file in question:
