OK for me -- but someone is attacking the main site again today so that may result in some breaks in service.

Still won't work for me. I've had no problems with other files.

but someone is attacking the main site again today so that may result in some breaks in service.

I noticed everything is running slow today but I first tried this yesterday. Can't say I've ever seen this particular error before.

OK I now see the problem. It is a character in the filename that works OK for member downloads but is unrecognized in the non member access.
I am renaming the file and uploading again.
