Hi guys. I'm a new member and I signed up as a Simviation paid member to both support the site and to be able to have more efficient downloads. Yesterday I was able to do about five or six downloads without difficulty but now whenever I attempt to download a file I am not recognized as a member. I also note that even though I've selected "remember me" and to leave me logged in, it appears I'm not remembered.

Lastly, the site is running S-L-O-W and I did run the trace without finding any bottlenecks. I've rebooted my browser several times and have tried switching to Chrome with no improvement. Any thoughts?

About your problems - I have just logged in as a member and all seems ok --

About being remembered there can be several things that can block this on your PC - with w7 you have an option when you log in to 'remember' in firefox (don't know ablout IE as I don't use that) - if you don't 'allow' that you won't be remembered.

If you are still having problems logging in (assuming you reboot regularly, etc) please PM or email me (support@simviation.com) with your details (username for instance) & I will look into it.

Just as a side note, make sure your cookies are enabled or most sites won't recognize you.
