Forums running slow/not loading
Posted: Mon Sep 20, 2010 10:25 amOver the past week or so, the forums have gotten progressively slower to load, but it is inconsistent. I have checked the main section and downloads, as well as other forums and web sites for comparison, and it seems to
be only our forums. I have run 'tracert www.simviation.com' but I don't really know how to read the results and since it seems to be only the SimV forums I don't think that will answer the problem. I have cleared the cache
in my browser and I run CCleaner often. In other words, I have attempted to ascertain if the problem was on my end. Since it does not appear anywhere else, I decided to post. You can't fix a problem if you aren't aware of
it. Granted, the problem could still be on my end, but I don't know what else to do at this point. But if no one else is having the problem, then it must be on my end.
