I've just tried, on free and express membership and get the same error message.

I bought a new FTP program & it's been having upload problems.

i am also having trouble downloading stuff from this site, but i can download with no problems from the HJG section of this website
i tried disabling my firewall, but that didnt do anything, tried removing cookies, didnt help

reformatted, seemd to fix the problem, i fear my norton antivirus may have had something to do with it.....
