I don't think the 30kbps limit is working. I recently (today, as a matter of fact) got DSL, and I downloaded a file at around 90kpbs. Odd how it bounces up and down, though, 15-60-90-50-etc.
just thought you should know...
P.S. Ozzy, did you try that spit I suggested? It makes for a nice little fly.

Well that's called your browser trying to calculate the download speed - which is in fact set at 30 for free access
