PM Problems

Since the new style forum came on line I've been having loads of trouble sending PMs to other members. I usually get this message: 104 An Error Has Occurred!: Unable to open 4.txt
I don't send that many but it would be nice if the ones I tried to send actually worked.

Does this happen with replying or writing new PMs as well Roger?

It's a common problem. I posted a Q about this on the Yabb forum - no reply. (simply incredible!)

It is the lack of support on Yabb that tells me we need to move to a new PHP based forum soon. Lack of support means slopheads at the controls - means FLUSH.

We'll give this a chance to settle down a bit & then I hope - conversion to a good, well investigated, & well supported PHP based forum.

Meanwhile sorry for the inconvenience. The way around it is - instead of 'Reply' - click the 'PM' button for the person who has PM'd you - & type in a subject line - & reply.
