Can't download F14DTomcat.zip

I have tried downloading this with and without my premium account several times over several days.  It gets anywhere between 10-25% and stops.  Is the file corrupt?

I finally got it with IE.  The DL still stopped and hung several times but IE seems a little more resilient than FF in resuming stopped downloads.

JIm - It will be an ISP or network problem most likely.

That's certainly possible.  My ISP acts like it's doing me a favor when, on rare occasions, it gives me decent speed.  This usually occurs once a year just before it's time to renew my contract.

It's something to keep in mind if it happens again.
