It's ALWAYS there!

At work, I'm forced to use IE. (Ugh.) I'd much rather use Moz as I do at home, but that's not an option in the hospital.
Anyway, I'm anal about the most arbitrary things. One of them is that I constantly clear my history and cookies. Even at home with the Moz, I do this. But for some reason, SimV is sorta "locked" into my history at work! I had this ages ago with Win98 and IE, but I can't remember how I got rid of it. It may have been with a reformat, but it's been so long I don't recall.
All I have to do is go to the address bar and type "S" and the SimV URL pops up...
Any suggestions?
