Dead link in CFS2 Misc

http://63.217.28.218/files/2cfs/af_bb_pak.zip Is the last file in the CFS2 Misc section at the moment, by AF=Midway team, its a bomb explosion fx pack. But the download link gets me a page not found error in IE...
