I'm aware of the problem Kevin.
The mail utility on the server has not yet been configured. It's an important & tricky thing to get right - otherwise it gets hijcked by spammers.

Yeah, good luck on getting it up again(not that you'll need it). Is it OK if we make a new account while we wait for the password for our old account?
