Simviation Forums

Pete, Whitey is unable to access a number of the forums, and I'm unable to upload files to the site. I keep getting server related error messages.

Exactly what error message ?

It may be a co-incidence but the SOBIG virus has been causing a range of network problems throughout the world in the past 24 hrs. Our main server & immediate network is far from stretched & reports zero errors.

Again - the 1st course is to suspect the Net - & try a tracert (which I have detailed 100's of times)

To tracert:

Go to START (on your PC) - Run - & type 'tracert www.simviation.com' (or any web address)

Look for the '*' or 'timed out' - there is the problem.
