If you still think you have a virus, my only other advice would be to take it to a computer guru in your area.

What were the fake security tools it tried to sell you?  Maybe I can give some help to where you got it from.

I'm not sure... One of them was like in my Icon (Bottom right) as a like Shield with an X on it... (Red)
