File Piaracy Report on a Recent upload

Hello admins.

It's been discovered that a recent upload on the site has pirated files uploaded within it without permission from the original authors of the files. The file named, "FSX/P3D CL-215 Canadian Operators Textures pack" consists of a majority of resource pirated textures from Buffalo Airways Virtual within the package that were sourced and posted in violation of BAV terms and uses and uploaded publicly on the site without BAV's knowledge nor permission. Not only that, the original author of the files was not credited in this file either. (Likely due to the resource piracy). The admins from BAV reached out to me, as they cannot create accounts or register to post on this forum to report the issue. So I am in turn reaching out for them on this matter as a community development partner for their VA. It is of BAV's wishes that this upload be removed due to it having pirated materials of theirs.

I might also suggest that there be some way for this to be easier to do for organizations such as ours (Simulated Air Tanker Operations), BAV (Buffalo Airways Virtual) or other authors/organizations that maybe don't have an active account here, but can still report such piracy issues if they arise, much easier. Or if there is another way to contact admins in regards to this in the future. It would be greatly appreciated to myself and other developers or groups uploading content here.

As an update to this, the individual responsible for the file piracy from BAV's texture files was removed and banned from all Buffalo Airways Virtual's servers and discord channel. They were repeatedly warned for suspicious behavior. The file listed above however, still remains active on the site. I've also rechecked with Buffalo Airways Virtual's admins and they also have reiterated wanting the file removed. If necessary I can post or send admin's screenshots for verification of the exchanges. Since, again BAV's admins are not able to create accounts here due account registrations being blocked on the forum.
