Access problems

There has been an issue where a page showing 'Hmm. We're having trouble finding that site' is popping up during access to simviation or trying to download files.

We are looking into this and it will be resolved shortly. It is not consistent so if you do see that page please try again (refresh or hit f5 a few times).
