Download problems anyone?

Postby pete » Thu Apr 28, 2022 11:21 am

I just had a message from a long time contributor to say he cannot download files from simviation.
I download every day to check files and no problem seen.

I have just tried Firefox and Chrome. In and out of member area. No problem experienced.

If anyone else has a problem please report it so I can get it fixed. Thank you

Norton is a problem for me. Anytime I want to download anything from Simviation, Norton tells me it is "a malicious download" and prevents it from happening.

I will have the last laugh though. When it tries to renew, automatically, in January it is in for a suprise as I've told my bank not to pay the subscription

That is very concerning and thank you for reporting it.

I have not heard this from anyone else but I will ask a couple of people I know to test as well as try with another PC with Norton installed.

Can anyone reading this please report any problem please?

EDIT: OK I tried with my laptop that has Norton installed. Tried Firefox and Chrome, not logged in as a member, and all files downloaded with no problem.

But there can be many variables so any other feedback about this issue is welcome!
