can't download GE-CF6 Engine sounds package

Hello everyone I am so happy to be on here again, especially when I really could use some assistance.  I hope you can help me with something I am having trouble with.  I recently tried to download from this website the GE-CF6 engine sounds package, and when I did, I got an error message that said, 'Incorrect file Parameter:  Please contact system administrator to fix this problem. :-/  I have tried clearing the cache, and the problem still exists, even after restarting the computer.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

No, I'm talking this: http://simviation.com/1/download-file?f ... 907.  Whenever I try to download it, I get this error message saying Incorrect File Parameter: Please contact System administrator to fix this problem.

It worked fine inthe members section but for some strange reason did not work in the non member area.

I downloaded it & uploaded it and now it seems to be fine.
