Slow premium downloads

I use DAP for downloads and usually get multiple streams from Simviation when logged in as a Premium Member to make good use of my 20mb cable feed.

Recently, however, despite being logged in properly, I am only getting 1 stream at around 300kbs.  I have tried quite a few downloads now and this is consistent behaviour.

Downloads from other sites still run at full speed with multiple streams, so I don't think it's my end.

Has anyone else had this problem?

DAP Premium up to date under XP Pro SP3.

300k is quite normal for me but I don't have access to cable.

Nothing has changed on the server in any way ... but maybe someone else with cable may be able to check things?
