Problem with Simteevee

Just tried having a look at some video's on there and i keep getting this error:

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections in /usr/web/htdocs/simteevee/include/database.php on line 3347

tried it in a few browsers but seem to get the same problem on each one i try.

Programmer had to restore some scripts and monitoring it now. Some unusual activity has been going on.
