FTP while tryin to d/l one single file

i accidentally cancelled a download and went to restart it. and it gives me the FTP login screen again. what gives?

i enjoy long walks on the beach, yummie thai food, and obliterating my enemy's aircraft around them with a hail of bullets from 12 .50s. and/or a 75mm cannon.

This is not a general issue. If you have continued problem I will try to help but please give specific info & please ensure it is not a one time issue with your system.
