Sorry if it is already brought up:
but I can't follow some of the links in 'Help & Tutorials':

FS2002 ATC, AI and 3rd party setup tips - page not found
Virtual Damage Tutorial: - forbidden
Traffic Tools Tutorial v1.2. - forbidden

Might be my account being blocked, (hope not ;-)), or a more definitive measure. Anyone any knowledge of this?
