I know that you're right. Different countries can sometimes do things very different.

I suppose that it's just a matter of what you were brought up with.

I'm not a "sports" fan by any means, but it seems that Cricket should be understandable to me. After all, we in the US have a bat & ball game too.

But somehow, it just doesn't. Of course I haven't watched a complete American baseball game since the '60s.

Without making this political, I think the voting was more about the lesser of two evils for many.

When it comes to "Sport"....of any kind...

It always leaves me cold, with no interest whatsoever!

The vision of a group of half-wits kicking a ball around in a muddy field....

...and kissing and cuddling each other, (with simulated sexual intercourse), if one of the idiots manages to get the ball onto a fishing net...

...causes me much concern for the sanity on my fellow human beings...

...and encourages me to remove some more fluff from my navel, for a source of alternative excitement.

"Sport" is far too much-wasted energy for my liking!.... ...!
