I was glued to that all the way through!!..... ...!

The real scary part, is when he was actually landing, and with very little air flowing over the control surfaces, it showed just how difficult it would be to maintain a straight and level landing, and hold it straight, without the Joystick!!

For safety (and insurance!) reasons he decided to use the Joystick at the last minute...a good move!... ...!

10/10 for the pilot in the story who actually managed to land the plane safely without a Joystick!

Its encouraged me to get out one of my Sim Gliders, (fitted with an audio variometer), for such a test flight.
