Yeah, an O- S--t moment at 14,000 feet. :D

Wonderful...!

I was glued to that all the way through!!..... :clap: ...!

The real scary part, is when he was actually landing, and with very little air flowing over the control surfaces, it showed just how difficult it would be to maintain a straight and level landing, and hold it straight, without the Joystick!!

For safety (and insurance!) reasons he decided to use the Joystick at the last minute...a good move!... :D ...!

10/10 for the pilot in the story who actually managed to land the plane safely without a Joystick!

Its encouraged me to get out one of my Sim Gliders, (fitted with an audio variometer), for such a test flight.
