For Daube and all who like the Harvard/AT-6/SNJ aircraft.

Here is an American Training Video for you all to watch...has some good pointers on the aircraft.

Wish they had touched a little more on the Cross Wind Landing and the Short Field Landing but all in all it is not a bad video.

Practice makes perfect and experience can only be gained by flying, there are several Harvard Groups in Southern Ontario, Canada that I know who demonstrate this aircraft in various formations at air shows yearly. They also offer rides but not sure what the cost is.

I've only watched the first one so far, will check the second one soon.
The first video is really cool and detailled. The way they describe the correct landing method is far away from my current method (I seldom do three-point landings in the sim), so I'm really looking forward to give their method a try

Ah, for info, I don't really love the T-6. I bought that plane because *Accusim*, that's why Else, I would simply keep going with Wozza's freeware T-6

Good Morning All...

Well it has been four days since my last post on this subject and there seems to be a few folks using the Accusim T-6.

Now I have not purchased the Accusim T-6 Package yet...the price here in Canada is $42.00 Dollars + Taxes...I am sure the price will lower shortly.

I have downloaded from our Simviation Site:

The Freeware Downloads give a good selection of Liveries for the AT-6/SNJ/Texan/Harvard

Watched the Video on the Accusim T-6 Package and one of the things I liked was the inclusion of a GPS and Auto Pilot and perhaps a better Radio Package.

So far I have not found those additions in the Freeware Downloads but the Freeware Simulated Aircraft do make a fine addition to FSX.

Not sure how hard it would be to ADD the GPS/Auto Pilot and a better Radio Package to the Freeware Downloads or perhaps just wait until the Price of the Accusim Package comes down
