That's why I wouldn't play golf in Canada. It's perfectly safe in Florida (where you can outrun the local wildlife). Mmm, KFC.

I don't know Webb, I hear that thoes gators can move pretty fast when they want to but on the up side they cant climb trees

Yes, gators can move pretty fast - 25mph + - faster than you could run.
But a gator doesn't want to kill a 200 lb person on land, it wants to kill a 20 lb duck in the water.

Well, I wouldn't put it past a gator to know I wasn't a 200 pound duck, or in my case, a 160 pounder. Some years ago I was sitting on the edge of a canal with a friend, then realized it wasn't really the best place to be hanging out. Better to say "Ya never know" then be something's lunch.
