I wasn't sure if this post belongs here, so please move it to a more appropriate location if necessary.

Anyway, I have the Gateway cd series and the Going Home cds, both of which I have used several months ago.

Can't explain it, except maybe it's too loud.
But I've never used a CD for meditation. I learned the old-fashioned (kung fu) way: gaze at a blank wall, gentle rhythmic breathing, slowly let your eyes close as you sweep all that clutter out of your skull, then go to your happy place.  Never got a headache doing that.
