Wow, how did that happen? :-/

That truck driver must have been asleep! Don't you think he'd notice, at least when the car got itself into that spot (noise, vibration, suddenly losing several mph...)  ? 

Driving on the most truck infested road in Holland (A15 to Rotterdam Port) every day, I'm suprised I haven't seen this happen every now and then...
