Haha! Reminds me of the time I was running inbetween a line of perfectly decorated Christmas trees in the local department store when I was around 7/8 years old. I tripped and a line of 10-15 Christmas trees went over like a line of dominoes.  :-[

Among other duties while I was a freight operations supervisor at a regional carrier, I drove a fork lift for four years. It was, as this appears to be, a diesel. Based on my experience, I think it is entirely possible that the throttle stuck. It might not be the fault of the driver, but simply mechanical failure. I had a couple of close calls, but never had an accident. And it was one of the more enjoyable parts of the job.

Yeah, it looks like it "ran away". And as someone commented on the video page, those racks should've been braced. That would have prevented both rows coming down... LOL, what a mess!
Wonder how many intact bottles got "lost" in the aftermath...  :D
