Jeez...somebody forget to torque the lug nuts, or the bearing just fail.  The Q400s have had numerous incidents involving landing gear, fortunately it hasn't killed anyone.

I found it funny about halfway through the report he went from a canadian accent to sounding like he was from the Bronx.
