I don't know. The guy on the right is tracking it with his camera and the sound very much resembles a low altitude pass. Having been in the Air Force myself, I can tell you sometimes boredom becomes a problem and has to be dealt with by doing something totally insane.The one thing I didn't see was a shadow and the perspective really doesn't look correct. It looks as if the aircraft is farther away than it should be.
