That is just incredible.

I couldn't imagine that. I know from when I go flying that I am using my hands and feet and still not quite getting there... So to use only feet? Wow.

Anyone else wondering how she gets to the rudder pedals?

That's a spiffy little Ercoupe, to boot.

I imagine she used one foot on the pedals and one foot on the wheel, only need to push one pedal at a time right?  (at least I think, I have yet to pilot a real plane)

Not quite. There's always a need for minute to grandiose yaw corrections, even to maintain straight and level flight.

You answered your own question. It's an Ercoupe. The original Ercoupe has no rudder pedals. Perfect aircraft for this situation. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ERCO_Ercoupe

PS. The rudder is linked to the ailerons. Same principle as Auto-rudder in FS.

i saw her on the news the other day. it's amazing what she can do with just her feet. it's like being blind... you can't see but your other senses are strengthened. great for her  :)
