I want to make the video from FS2004 . Using Fraps , I think it is the fine tool  .  But I am facing a problem that which solution is the best to convert the *.avi file to Flash video so that it takes less space as it can..  example is the video you people generates.
  In simple words I want to know the converter fron *.avi to some format that take slow space

A tip for smaller files is to set the screen size to half instead of full (in the Fraps menu).
