Been done before, buy John Dodd in the 1960's. It originaly had a Rolls Royce radiator and emblem on the front, but Rolls sued (as a child I remember the court case made national news) and he had to remove it.

It is road worthy (presently in Spain),  and he uses it for fun as it does about 1 km per litre of fuel, and the noise is "marginally legal"

Admittedly the paint job on the video example is a little better.
