Hi, A good starting point would be Fraps (www.fraps.com)

:)

Hard to say... neither will actually record from my screen (probably to do with hardware acceleration or something) so all screen recorders show FSX as black for me.

But, it is free... so it won't have all the backing that FRAPS has. It is still pretty good though. Good quality if you get it right with the settings.

Well, I want to show myself doing FSX: Acceleration carrier ops hopefully it'll work.

For most people it does, I'm not sure why screen recorders dont work for me.

You can run it in a regular flight just to test and get the settings right then go for your ops mission.
