It's just using Fly Tampa's St. Maarten scenery and edited. The only really real thing that I noticed was the ATC. Most of it was the scenery and default FSX effects.

Because most of the first landing was a black screen with only limited view out the windscreen, it was pretty easy to look realistic.  I do say that it is a clever technique often used in commercially-produced films.  In fact. I confess to using it myself  :-[  The Sim (Micro-Flight 5.0) didn't have very detailed scenery so I made this to be at night, in the rain.
