Cantina in the film, as in the Mos Eisley Cantina, which is a fictional bar (cantina) of the Star Wars universe located in the "pirate city" of Mos Eisley on the planet Tatooine.

However, in the Youtube clip linked, the audio is taken from an Eddie Izzard sketch - in which he is talking about having a canteen on the Deathstar.

"Canteen" means "cafeteria" in this context, I think.
